Lily Green is just another girl at Livingstone High. She's 17, a senior, and she hates school just as much as everyone else. But unlike everyone else, she doesn't worship Keith Barlow, Livingstone's golden boy. She just wants to be left alone but when she doesn't follow through with completing his homework  worth half his grade, he makes her life a living hell. 

Now she wants to return the favor. She knows it'll be hard but she's willing to teach this bully that just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should. I uttered the words again. Why? There is nothing to fight for. No mama. No papa. No sister to love me. No one. So why would I waste my life and the time of others to fix what is already broken - and someone who doesn't want to be fixed? If I may add. Maybe I gave up. No, scratch that. I gave up a long time ago - when my parents died, my hope and purpose went away with them.
