It's obvious to everyone in the pact that stiles and Derek like each other, well obvious to everyone except stiles and Derek... They act like they hate each others guts everyday but it's just an act... Everyone in the pact is surprised that everyone in beacon hills doesn't know about the two love birds... But when it comes to Derek's senses that stiles might actually have a thing for him, he's starts to become less rude, actually admiring his feelings to stiles<3
