When Mrs Hudson finally finds tenants for 221c Baker Street, she asks Sherlock and John to "be nice", but apparently almost blowing up their flat doesn't count.  So the pairs quest begins: the quest to befriend the neighbours they almost blew up. But little do they realise the couple of 221c only want the same thing as Mrs Hudson does from the pair, for them to finally admit their feelings.

This fanfic is based off a Fanvid I saw on YouTube. I give the owner full credit for the idea, I just wanted to write it out as a fic. Although, I put my own twists on this story and it's original video plot. The main scenario and the way things play out are almost the same as in the video. But John is married, so his little (illegal) affair ends, badly.
