Life after the war didn't go as smoothly as Harry predicted it would. Three months of peace was all he had before everything went to hell. First was the sudden death of Andromeda Tonks - who everyone assumed succumbed to widows' depression. Then there was the even more unexpected inheritance of an ancient kind that put Harry in the leader position once more. And then came the slander. Hermione and Ron - Harry's first and best friends - turned their backs on him, feeding lies to the masses and setting them against Harry.
Suddenly, Harry finds himself on the other side of the fence, his closest confidents two people he never knew he would be so close to. He assumed he could live this way, stay in Britain, and raise Teddy despite the negativity against them.
And then things got out of control. An attempt on Harry's own life made him come to the startling realization that he couldn't stay - especially when not even the Ministry would help to protect him. No, they actually wanted to lock him up on the vague account that he might turn into the next Dark Lord.
Harry couldn't take anymore.
And so he fled.
He left behind the one place he had ever called home and moved on, taking with him Draco Malfoy, Luna Lovegood, and his godson Teddy.
They moved to America - Forks, Washington to be exact.
There they met the vampires
There their new lives began.

Harry stared at me. "You're just like him. Looks like you do take after your uncle," He sneered at me with an undertone of sadness," He killed my parents and tried to kill me, too. Is that what you wanted to hear? When I was eleven, eleven, He came back as one of my professors. He tried to make himself come back. But I beat him. Then," He pointed at Ron,"His little sister was possessed by the man who ruined my life. He almost got back, but we destroyed the diary and saved the muggle-borns. Then, I find out t hat my godfather was an evil mass murderer but he was actually innocent. Then, Ron's rat turned out to be Peter Pettigrew, who was Volde-" "Harry, no! You can't say his name!" Hermione burst in. She looked afraid. "We'll have to face the death eaters and we're not ready for that." "'Death Eaters'." I said in disbelief. Trying not to laugh, "Who would want to eat Thanatos?" ************* This takes place after Blood of Olympus, before The Hidden Oracle, and during Deathly Hallows. It is mostly in Harry's and Percy's point of view but a few others are thrown in. I worked really hard on this and I really hope you guys enjoy. The first couple of chapters are about 500 or so words but they get longer, I promise. If there are any spelling mistakes or grammar mistakes, feel free to comment them down below. It's been 3 years since the war. Draco had spent his days in Malfoy Manor with the haunting past. Lucius and Narcissa were still the same and hadn't changed much. The shock that the Dark Lord died still lingered on, but they were still mean and cold as ever. Evil is after them...when I say them..I mean Hermione, and Draco is on her side to save her. They go on near death journeys and fight for survival together.
