Life after the war didn't go as smoothly as Harry predicted it would. Three months of peace was all he had before everything went to hell. First was the sudden death of Andromeda Tonks - who everyone assumed succumbed to widows' depression. Then there was the even more unexpected inheritance of an ancient kind that put Harry in the leader position once more. And then came the slander. Hermione and Ron - Harry's first and best friends - turned their backs on him, feeding lies to the masses and setting them against Harry.

Suddenly, Harry finds himself on the other side of the fence, his closest confidents two people he never knew he would be so close to. He assumed he could live this way, stay in Britain, and raise Teddy despite the negativity against them.

And then things got out of control. An attempt on Harry's own life made him come to the startling realization that he couldn't stay - especially when not even the Ministry would help to protect him. No, they actually wanted to lock him up on the vague account that he might turn into the next Dark Lord.

Harry couldn't take anymore.

And so he fled.

He left behind the one place he had ever called home and moved on, taking with him Draco Malfoy, Luna Lovegood, and his godson Teddy.

They moved to America - Forks, Washington to be exact.

Evil is after them...when I say them..I mean Hermione, and Draco is on her side to save her. They go on near death journeys and fight for survival together. This is going to be set in the summer before fifth year at Hogwart's. Harry had always believed in Dumbledore and never doubted him that is until he was forced into the triwizard tournament by said man. Barty soon told Harry everything but Harry didn't really care mainly because at least they had never lied to him or with held information form him. So while it got closer to the last task Harry was real close friends with Barty and they had already brought Voldemort back to his former glory of Tom Riddle. Tom and Barty had found out that Harry was Tom's accidental Horcrux they couldn't really fix it without killing Harry and as it was they both thought of him as their family. So when that last task arrived Harry didn't take the cup but Cedric did and he had won while Harry and Barty had 'mysteriously' disappeared. They both arrived with there things in front of Gringott's with Tom already waiting on them and this is where the story begins.

Finally, what really happened on Halloween night to James and Lily Potter? This is a Harry and Cedric story. I have been inspired by my own opinions of what I truly think about certain characters whilst reading the original books and several Fan Fictions I have read on here.
