From a young age, boys are taught to hide their emotions and hide what they feel. This is what they believe will lead them into manhood, validation from the dreaded silencer. Rated mature for language. Also, sorry my cover for this poem won't fit the frame.

Sometimes I just need a way to express how I feel when I can't put it into words, I'm sure we all feel that way whether you're a teen or young adult. Mental health deserves to be heard, you deserve to be heard.
