Rise of the Champion Episode one. Chapter one

Through out history God has chosen a Champion to stand against the forces of evil. Moses against Pharaoh, David against Goliath, Elisha against the Prophets of Bal. Now two thousand years after world devastating nuclear war, from the remnants of America has risen the Kingdom of Light. A kingdom founded on the worship of the LIGHT GIVER who enlightens the dark hearts of man. One man, however has corrupted the religious system that leads worship for his own dark goals, thus awakening a thousand year old prophecy.

The prophecy states that in the Kingdoms darkest hour the LIGHT GIVER will send a Champion to set things right. Young religious scribe Tal knows nothing of this prophecy nor of the darkness corrupting the worship of the LIGHT GIVER. All he knows is that he has questions that need answers and a heart that seeks an encounter with the LIGHT GIVER. Through that encounter in an offer will be made. With Tal's willing heart every thing will change. This is the tale of that change.
