Fifteen years ago Quinn Fabray gave up her and Noah Puckerman's newborn daughter, Beth up to her new adopted mother, Shelby Corcoran, Today Beth is a sarcastic, snarky high school student who is apart of her high school Glee Club. After a car accident that makes Shelby unable to care for Beth, she is placed in the care of her father and forced to move to LIma, Ohio. As she gets used to her new life, she learns more about her family's past, and how to love the people who gave her life.
