Rose is just your average sixteen year old girl. It's the day that a new student (Ryan Reynolds) arrives and catches her attention immediately. Even though he seems extrtekely rude and unfriendly, she's intrigued by the fact that his eyes are always shielded by his sunglasses. Her suspicion grows as she gets to know him more.

On the other hand. Ryan just moved for a fresh start. Hoping to actually live his live for himself and not some mishap that occurred a which ago. Everyone probably dreams about anyone they wish falling in love with them. At first Ryan thought the same thing, until he had to find out ..the hard way. Unanswered questions swarm through his mind all night.Would he be able to settle down without being haunted from the past? Could he possibly trust Rose with the truth? Would she believe him? And most importantly...would anyone ever naturally love him...for HIM?
