Have you ever felt like someone else? Like you aren't who you're supposed to be?... Lyric Devore is a young, spirited teenager who lives an ordinary, semi-positive life with her rich modern day family, until one day she starts to feel confused. Growing up she was taught that as a female, she had to like girl-ish things such as painting her nails, doing her make-up, wearing skirts and using proper manners to one day marry "Prince Charming". However, as she slowly grows out of trying to please society, and her parents, she soon finds another side to her that she didn't know about before and it leaves her questioning. Is this who she's supposed to be? Was she put in the right body? Will Lyric ever feel at home with who she is, inside and out?
