Yuuki is a fallen dark angel, but the problem is that she has no memory of her past of how she died. Slender man was in the wood looking for his next victim when he comes across a fallen angel, her hair and wings turning from white to black. One wing was broken and they disappear, soon Slender takes her under his care and she becomes a pasta.
