Laura James is just an ordinary girl. She is quite short, has brown wavy hair, has olive skin and has just returned from America and now she is back in London training to be a Secretary. Her life is going nowhere until she meets Collin Smith, he has brown hair, he's tall and has sparkling brown eyes and is a Mechanic. Laura takes a little of a disliking to Collin and his controlling and obsessive ways he has developed from his time spent in New York.
However Laura's life begins to turn upside down when Collin isn't the guy she thinks he is. Laura begins to notice how bad Collin gets when he doesn't get his own way. Finally when Laura's BestFriend Hayley Jones interferes with their relationship it begins to get worse as secrets are being kept from Laura from the both of them. Laura begins to unravel the truth and she begins to act fast.
