It had been a 3 years since a virus got out killing millions and spreading like a forest fire. The sickness was passed on by contact or for the ones with weak immune systems it could be passed on by air. No one had heard or seen anything from the government, every place in the world has been infected, stores have stopped getting supplies and war has started. It's a fight for survival and it's all men for themselves. When a group a teenagers find themselves immune to the virus. They are the only ones who cant get sick, so it means it's their job to find out the cause of the sickness and how to cure it. You would think people would think their heros but it's the opposite. Some how the government found out they are immune and is now sending people to kill them.

The whole camp was filling with smoke. I coughed, praying that my lungs would keep working for just a few more minutes. "Eli, which way is west?" In the words of a great philosopher; there is no limit to the gruesome and grotesque things we are willing to do in the name of survival. While reading this; Remember that not everything is as it seems. Remember that loved characters will die. Remember that the world will gradually get worse as the parts go on. Take a moment to ask yourselves these questions: What would you do in the name of survival? Would you steal to survive? Would you kill to survive? Would you lose your mind to survive? If you lost your mind, do you think you'd kill more, steal, injure, backstab, rape or any other atrocity you can think of? If you can think of it, then maybe you would.
