"Admit it. You need me." "Need? No. I need food, water and all my internal organs, but you? Don't you dare get to thinking you're irreplaceable." "Chill, Beyoncé." Vienna Castanoza is too sceptical for her own good. She's an ender, not a beginner, in any sense of the word. She's the queen of happy endings, but everyone knows that starting is the hardest part, and she never stops thinking long enough to get anything done. Brazen Williams considers his emotional baggage renounced. All his good intentions do is bite him in the arse, and he tells himself he's done waiting around for people. The longer you stick around, the more you get tied down - and ties are another thing that he doesn't do, bow or otherwise. Vincent "Ink" Gallagher runs 'Vincentive', the renowned bookstore/backroom tattoo parlour. But Ink has had enough of his all-work-no-play lifestyle; he calls his employees together for an emergency meeting and suddenly, among all the raging hormones and hissy fits, they're thrown into something they could never have predicted. But Zen and Vi couldn't avoid trouble even if they wanted to, and soon Ink's plan draws in less-than-pleasant people from the crew's pasts. They've vowed to pull this off. Will Vienna chicken out? Will Brazen make it to his happy ending? And how far will their guise of emotional ineptness take them? There are suddenly so many more ways to break and enter.

Arya is a delinquent and one who takes pride in the chaos that comes with her very existence. Whether it's spray painting public walls, attending packed and extremely loud parties, or just giving her caretaker Maggie a headache, she was all for it. The more of your life you live, the less regrets you're left with, right? That is until she is caught in a web of trouble by the chief of police, a stern man and a family friend who has given her more chances to do better than he'd like to. And now she's on her last. Another mistake and his hands are set clean, leaving her to face the consequences of her actions for once. And with her desire to pursue a job in a no nonsense art institute, who take even the slightest mistakes as a big issue to their public name, she realizes it's time to start making better choices, tame her wild side, and be more responsible. That WAS her plan. But it only took one party to change everything. A party where she meets Ryan, a clear skin, plaid wearing shirt lover whose existence is the Trojan horse to people like Arya. His innocence is etched in his features, his skin is as smooth as that of a baby, and he likes to drink... coke? But along with the party, and Ryan came trouble, a fight between attendees that lined up Arya's life in a series of events that she was never prepared to face. 🚨 This is a work of fiction, I don't push or support any ideas, opinions, or beliefs of the characters in the book.
