Julia Brown and Harry Potter's parents were the best of friends. Julia is also the Girl Who Lived. She and Harry were in the same crib when Julia's parents and Harry's parents were killed by Voldemort. Julia's parents, Elizabeth and Adam Brown, were trying to save their daughter and Lily and James. They both died and Lily and James died as well which left Julia and Harry to be the Girl and Boy Who Lived. They both got scars from that night. Harry got a lighting bolt scar on his forehead. Julia got a crescent moon scar on her shoulder. She stayed with Harry and his aunt and uncle. It was best they stay together because they were so close and because Dumbledore knew that Harry would protect Julia from anything no matter what. Will Harry be able to protect Julia from the dangers that lie within Hogwarts? Will Harry and Julia find hidden feelings they have towards each other?
