Abigail Noland, a first year college student majoring in English, finds her passion in writing and creative expression. She absolutely adores her professor, who has already taught her so much just over the span of a few weeks. After getting used to her new life as a student, Abigail begins writing in a journal that her parents packed with her when she left for college. Writing in the diary every once in a while allowed for an escape from all of the hecticness of the real world. However, as people turn out to be not who Abigail thought they were and everything in her world turns upside down, the journal becomes the only way to tell her story when things in sunny California suddenly turn dark and sinister.

Dearest Abigail is a piece of writing that I started about a year ago and have now revised to create a longer, more detailed story. This version is told through the perspective of journals, written by characters within the book. Each chapter has a character's name, which tells the reader whose perspective they will be viewing the story from.
