My family was always prepared for the end of the world, for an impending apocalypse. Up until the day it actually happened, the day the world fell into chaos. The day a disease spread throughout the world that killed almost everyone, and then they came back, as awful flesh eating monsters. 

What was supposed to be a cure for cancer turned into something much worse.
