I ran through the forest, away from the monsters. Blood and grime caking my body, my rusted knife grasped firmly in my hand. I take deep breaths and stumble, my body is weak from lake of food and water. I still hear the hollow voices echoing in my head. Trying to fight for my life. I push my lips into a firm line as I get near the sunlight. I look around to see nobody. Not a person nor a monster. I fall to my knees and cry before passing out, blackness closing around me, my knife still in my head. I hope someone finds me and helps me. I wish my mama was here.
