Miss Dashwood

It has been ten years since the Dashwood sisters left Norland Park and settled into Barton. Elinor , now Mrs Ferrars, is the loving mother of four rosy cheeked country children, but is finding herself at a distance from Edward and unsure how to how to change it. Marianne is at last content and settled with her beloved Colonel Brandon, but a string of miscarriages have worn down her spirit. Mrs Dashwood is being courted by the charming and kindly Major Thomas. And in amongst it all, there is Margaret, determined, as ever, to see to the happiness of her family and herself in the most unconventional of ways.
