This story is about a girl wanting to have her quinceniera which for a Latin girl it's a huge thing, others call them sweet 16, but for Latina people a quinceniera is big there's a waltz, chambelanes, Damas, brindies, gifts, parting, and living a magical life. 
The thing is that her parents don't want her to have a quinceniera, they want her to travel to California and live with the nuns out there, she is devastated  she cries every day because her dream can't come true so she decides to do plans anyways...
