As a young warrior of FireClan, Maplestar witnessed the harshness and pain of death. Soon it twisted his mind, making him want only one thing: revenge. But along with that, a prophecy about the young warrior promises his destiny to become "fire within his Clan" - if he doesn't follow his mind but listen to his heart. But will Maplestar choose to listen to his heart and follow his destiny. Or be swallowed up in the darkness that lurks within and turn rouge?

**OLD ~ I wrote this when I was like 14-16 so be aware!** Four generations after The Last Hope, we strike into two rivaling Clans: LightClan and OutClan. LightClan is of loyal, strong-willed warriors while OutClan is dis trustworthy and full of rogues. When Ashstar, LightClan's leader receives a prophecy speaking of a cat who will have the power to talk to any animal, she's at a loss for words. A litter of kits is born that very night, Wolfkit and Frostkit. Ashstar realizes Wolfkit is the prophesied cat and doesn't know how to react. As Wolfkit struggles with her ability, Frostkit has trouble with OutClan, seeing she has been gifted with supreme hunting and fighting skills. Both the she-cats go through hardships and battle having the temptation of mates as young apprentices, one far worse than the other. But that is not their only problem, there is evil lurking inside their very Clan and they are the only ones who can stop it. Like? Share? Comment? Leopardwillow has always wanted an apprentice from the moment she was an apprentice herself to the moment she became a warrior...
