Sometimes an idea hits you, whether it be midday conveniently during your lunch hour, or abruptly at nearly 5 in the morning, and you must write it down before it runs away without a trace.

Most of my book ideas come from an suddent surge of emotion. I need to write it out so I can get it off my chest. Or rather belly.
