He couldn't control it. He couldn't make it less excruciating, let alone make it stop.
"Ok.." he thought, "try and find and explanation.."
But he couldn't. He didn't know where he was, who he was, or why his teeth and head were in so much pain.
And then suddenly he heard something clink quietly against the cold concrete floor. He looked down and saw a tooth... His tooth!
He screamed and felt his mouth in horror, but found a long sharp canine tooth, where his other tooth had just been.
