Skylar Brooks has an awful life with both her parents ditching and giving up on her being left with her grandma, she has bad grades and needs to always be worried about her little sister Scarlet because she has special mind and learning dissabilities. She is now emo and totally has the scene look going on resembling her hatred in her life. The one thing that keeps her going is a little black , leather notebook with the last words of her mom and dad written down sayin their goodbyes to her with so much love. She kept it and wrote quotes there all the time making it feel better. She used to be the charming blond having a perfect life when her life just took a wrong turn and all her friends slowly drifted away from her throughout middle school except one. Her bestfriend, her supportive system, the one person who always stood by her side and knew her so well. Zachary Bluerain. He was the handsomest boy Skylar had ever seen but still her bestfriend. Love strikes when Zachary starts falling in love with her risking they're amazing friendship and does Skylar feel the same? Also how does Skylar cope with a new guy, a very hot one too flirting with her all the time......maybe they will go out.
