They say that there's an island out there where all the criminals and psychopathic people go. But they're not the lower criminals that just robbed a bank a few days ago. They're murders. Cereal killers, you know, all that stuff. The only thing is, some of the people there are innocent. They all have a choice. Kill or be killed and survive or suicide. Not to mention, there's only one way out. Swim and fall to your death. Climb and end up nowhere and at night, when Chains is near, you'll most like end up died.

A serial killer uses a young woman named Sophia Foster to commit crimes together through a couple promises. In this world, a promise is a promise. If you make a promise, you must carry it out or you will die of a heart attack. Your body will also do anything it can to you get you to complete that promise. For Example, if you promise somebody that you will give them a dollar tomorrow, your body will force you to remember to get a dollar and give it to them. If you still refuse , you will die at the stroke of midnight the next day. If you were unable to go through with it, you survive. If you were to make a promise about something in the past and it's not true, you die the moment you finish the sentence. There is an island far off the coast of a country. An island of limit for most people. The island goes by many names but is named 'the killer's island' for a reason. Murderers, criminals, and insane men and women are sentenced to live on the lawless island in the middle of the ocean. It is because of a ritual that each month 10 men and women of all ages are chosen to be shipped to the island to keep its inhabitants contained happily on their bloody island and keep them from trying to cross back onto shore. But what happens when one of those maniacs takes a liking to one of the sacrifices? How will that change the course of the cycle of death the island knew until now?
