Olivia Thorpe is an NYPD agent taking on the case of her brothers murder. Her suspect turns out to be wanted all over the USA, she meets Zander Gray an FBI agent who is also after the same suspect. Together they must take down this man and bring justice for all.

So far they have some leads and one lead has been a charity called Coping Together. It seems one of the victims was helped by this charity prior to becoming a victim.
