After the rebellious efforts of the districts failed and all the victors except for the two who were left to be saved, failed. The Capitol is stronger then ever and are determined to get The Hunger Games back up and running and they have so many chosen candidates already. Some of these tributes know each other sadly making the games only harder and with only one true winner now, alliances are forbidden. The tributes though from district twelve just so happen to be raging sparks of rebellious spirits just like their parents. Could they pick up where their parents left off and destroy the capital? Or will they be forced to kill each other in the 77th annual Hunger Games?

The games had been happening for years. Players were teleported into an arena and forced to fight to the death while people all around the world watched. At first, they thought they would respawn, like they had when they had played Survival Games in different hubs. But this hub was different. They soon realized that this was no game. Skyler never thought that she would be the one picked for the games. Of course, nobody thinks that they're going to be the one. But that's never the case. The 136th Hunger Games
When Kira Blackwood's name is reaped, she knows she's screwed. How is she supposed to survive in a fight to death with twenty-three other tributes, all of whom want to get out alive as much as she does? Not to mention, the thought of killing somebody twists her stomach into all sorts of unnatural shapes. Despite secretly training for the Games in the cow pastures surrounding her home, and being pretty handy with a knife, Kira's kind heart may be the thing that holds her back the most. However, as she navigates through the opulent world of the Capitol, and then the arena itself, Kira starts to realize that maybe, just maybe, it's not the dead she should pity, but the Victor.
