John reveals to Damon that the only way to kill an Original is with a dagger dipped in white ash. Ellie finds out that if a vampire uses the dagger, that vampire will die. Ellie stabbed herself in the stomach, and Elijah begged her to help him heal her. To prevent Ellie from dying. Damon feeds her his blood to prevent her dying in the sacrifice, much to Stefan's displeasure. Stefan tries to work a deal with Klaus to save Ellie's life.
