Tommy was an Omega. A pathetic one that wound up stuck in wolf form after some particularly bad abuse from his pack. He put up with all of it until they tried to hurt Julia. Julia was a poor orphaned pup who had the misfortune of being an Omega within THAT particular pack. Now Tommy has taken Julia and is running for their lives through unknown land. 
Brent is a feared alpha. His pack is strong. Anything he wants he takes. He destroyed other packs on a whim. His pack is exclusively vicious warriors and they're at least partly trained families. Ah families. If only he could find one of his own.
Brent learns the hard way to be careful what he wishes for when his scared mate shows up stuck in wolf form with an equally distressed young girl and a a rabbit in toe.
