Austin Moon is a normal senior in high school. He likes a girl, who happens to be his best friend, and works so hard to get her. When he finally does, they happily date for 7 months. But then, his girlfriend, Ally Dawson, gets into a car crash. She got hit in the head severely, and suffered memory loss. She forever everything that happened within the last 10 years. Austin works hard to get her back, only for her to fall in love with somebody else. Austin is depressed, he only comes out of his room to eat. He isn't himself anymore.
