Eden Smith, a average girl, she was born with no mother or father, and was sent in foster care, she been in 12 homes in two years, when she turned 16, she decided, it was enough. She stayed in a foster home in Texas, she stayed with a lady name Kelly Smith, she was the president of the council and the president of the school board. She stayed with Kelly's husband George Smith, he was the chief of police and he was part owner of the Dallas Fire Apartment, and he was coach at Union Grove high school, the football and basketball team.

Kelly and Bernice do not like each other because after one night Bernice got so drunk with a guy from las Vegas, and they burned Her car, and the farm her mother owned. Their arch enemies.
