"Dandelion? Aren't those just seed heads?"
"Dandelions are beautiful flowers when they first bloom. They sprout up even in the darkest most unforgiving places. Even though the flower is pretty, the seed head is prettier. It may not be as vibrant as before, but it's beauty is in what it does. It grants a wish to anyone fortunate enough to come across it. Then after it grants that wish, it spreads it's seeds so that others may sprout.
You see, you're my dandelion. You were beautiful before, but you are even more beautiful now. Even in this dark cruel world you continue to smile, no matter what comes your way. The moment you entered my life you granted my wish. Even after granting my wish you continue to spread happiness and grant wishes wherever you go."
"What wish of yours did I grant?"
"I wished for a reason to continue to exist. I finally found one."

I was hideous. Wait, let me correct that. I am hideous and will forever be. Even the beast from the Beauty and the Beast is more attractive. But looks were not the top of my priority list. I guess you can say finding eternal happiness is what I am striving for. Being the naive little girl I was back then, I believed that eternal happiness was the answer to any problem. Naturally, I wished upon every dandelion I blew on, hoping for that happiness I once knew when Father was still alive. But as time passed by, fate made it clear that my eternal happiness would never be granted. All hope seemed far, like the dandelion seeds drifting away in the wind once you blew on them.
