After the kiss you grew confused about your feelings, and remained confused for the next 5 years. And it doesn't help that you and Ciel are supposed to get married! You always remembered that kiss, but did he? Does he know how much it means to you? Does he know how much you've struggled over the years? Does he know that every time you see him you want to do it again? Does he know your heart beats out of your chest when he gets near you? Does he even care?
