Tiara is a typical African American teen . She gets straight A's who doesn't go out much. She rather go work with her aunt at the hair salon or study at home. She is "anti-social" . She isn't poor but she isn't rich. Her mom has a budget so she don't get new clothes as often. So she can't keep up with the fashion trends. People have told her she was pretty but don't have the "swagg" or she is never "on fleek". She already knows but she counts her blessings. Although...there is her best friend who doesn't judge her.He doesn't have any feelings for her , at least thats what she thinks. He always do stuff with her even though he has more popular friends to hang out with .Tiara isn't looking into dating yet , because she haven't met anyone to change her mind. So when a new rich boy moves into town will he fall for Tiara and look past her looks. or will he ignore her like the rest of school? Will Tiara fall for him also ?
