Because what happens when you suddenly start to look at your best friend you've had since kindergarten in a different way, and he also happens to be the school's most popular boy and known for fooling around with every girls' hearts? 

In this romantic feel-good story you get to follow Penny through what it means being a teenager and all those happy and less happy moments that comes with it.
