Picture this.
You are laying comfortably in your bed. You breathe a sigh of relief at the fact the neighbors have finally quit their obnoxious partying and you are finally able to rest peacefully. You stare at your roof for a few minutes before you start to drift off to sleep. As you fall into slumber, a sound awakes you. A child's laugh. You have no children. You live alone with your parents. And the neighbors..they're all teenagers and adults. There is no children for miles. Every few seconds, tiny footsteps can be heard, running through the house upstairs. It can't be the cats! As you shiver and roll over, laughter is heard once again. But this time.. it comes from the bottom of the stairs. Tiny footsteps walk to your bedroom door. Silence engulfs you once again.

For thirsty late night horror junkies. ;)
Have one more late night drink of terror.

The (Short) Story of the Evil Umbrellas [Completed]

15 parts Complete

You wanted to know how I died? It's simple, really. I saw dead people... As umbrellas. And the umbrellas didn't like it. I'm sorry, did you want to hear more? Now a (completed) anthology of short stories, flash fiction, and hopefully quality writing. Expect to find a bereaved mother dealing with an post-apocalyptic wasteland, a hair-raising fairytale, two professional bankrobbers, the original Rick-Roller, and maybe a rubber chicken or two. And... three years later, we've reached 500 reads! Cover by @Lidlesaun. Thanks!
