Luc is from a world filled with magic. Don't get me wrong, he lives on earth but the non magic don't know about them. When a child turns ten his/her powers manifest, but his didn't. As a result he becomes an outcast in his own home. The family he once knew and loved, hate and don't hide what they feel. 

Everything changes when he's enrolled to The Fallen Academy. A school for those who haven't found their powers. His powers manifest and the Council come to eliminate him as they deem him a threat... will his new friends let this happen? What about his family?
