"Neil Westfall. Finally." A voice called from a distance. I look over at Neil. He had two cops holding him tighter then before. His face turned red when he heard the voice. Then a man in a black suit came through from the others in uniforms.

"Let this one go." He gave a bright smile and stuck out to shake my hand. "I am Agent Smith. You must me Kat." I nod and shake his hand. I was to paralyzed to do anything else. I couldn't just stand there either.

"What do you want us to do with him, sir?" I look at the man who was holding Neil tightly.

"I want to thank you Kat for this. I have been waiting a long time to find him." He smirked and glanced at Neil. "Cuff him up and put him away."

"Agent Smith, I don't think-"

"You don't think he did it? You think he is innocent? Kat, look at this criminal." Tears fell from my checks faster. I knew what was going to happen and I knew I couldn't change what had happened.

"Breathe." He dipped his head down so that his lips were right at my ear, his strong arm wrapped securely around my waist, molding my body into his. "If you're going to fall apart,." He starts, teeth gritted. "Now's the time. I'll be here to put you back together when it's over." I squeezed my eyes shut again, and I did just that. I fell apart. ******* Secrets. Lies. Deception. Murder. I'd seen and done it all. And not willingly. So I left. I sacrificed my freedom to save myself, and the only way to ensure my own safety was to start over. Clean slate. New people. New me. But the last thing I expected when I arrived at Manonwell Prep Academy was to be bombarded by a boy-no, a man who held some unknown vendetta against me. Call it obsession, infatuation, hatred. To me it was all one in the same. He was everywhere I turned, like a shadow. Watching me. Taunting me. Haunting me. And it was all because of something I did to him a long time ago. It was something so bad that he couldn't stand me, that he wanted me dead, and the idea of making my life a living hell was something that he took pride in. But I didn't remember. I had no clue what I could've done to him in the past, but he was hellbent on pushing me until I did. My plans on starting over were shattered the minute I stepped inside that school. He was the type of person that demanded your attention without having to speak. He was untamed and wild and unhinged. But what he didn't know was that the Winter Travers that he knew in past, the one I didn't remember, was no longer alive. I was different. She was gone and I was here. And he was everything I should've been afraid of. Sinister, quiet, manipulative, but I knew it would be a cold day in hell before I let him win. Ronan was like gasoline waiting to be doused on the fire that inside me, and if he was ready to burn, then so was I.

This story sucks, don't read it! It's amazing how quickly your life can change. In a slow town like this, where nothing exciting ever happens, where nothing ever changes, one single moment can alter your life forever, for better, or for worse. Sometimes, we're lucky enough to be able to recognise these particular moments, and take a leap of faith, but, more times than not, they just happen without us even realizing what's going on until it's already too late. Tonight, a simple Saturday night, just like any other, would turn out to be one of the most defining moments of my life. Ace is living a slow life, knowing nothing other than drinking with his friends and the motorcycle club that raised him, waiting to reconnect with his father who has just been released from prison after a fifteen year sentence. Life is simple, though he thought. Until the night he meets Jenna, running from her haunting past and the man that she is desperately trying to escape. Ace is dead set on protecting Jenna, but, as she slowly learns to trust him enough to open up to, he finds himself landing in the middle of a human trafficking operation and a feud that goes way back, between the ringleader and his club. Suddenly, life doesn't seem so simple... Work in progress, especially the blurb! This story has content which may offend some readers. Mild coarse language! Physical and sexual violence! Lots of drug references! First draft! I don't own the cover image! I'm a disappointment to my family!

"Did you do it?" I asked when he turned around. "Do what?" "You know what." I shot back. "Cutie, there are a lot of things I did and do, you got to be more specific." he looked back at me and I realised he was being sincere and he was not really taunting me like I thought. "Did you hurt the guy who punched me?" I asked. "Yes." again, I was taken back by his honesty. I was hoping he would lie to me. Prove me and Sandy wrong but nope he admitted it like it was no big deal. "Why?" I asked, avoiding his gaze. "Why not?" "That's not a answer." I rolled my eyes at him. "Well then your question is not a question." I was not sure whether to gape or laugh at that type of logic. "That doesn't make sense." I rolled my eyes at him, again. "It doesn't have to." he shrugged. "Just tell me why you did it." I sighed getting tired of the funny talk or whatever we were doing right now. "Okay, one condition." he said. "Yeah?" I raised a brow. He stepped closer and I stepped back until he pinned me against the wall. Feeling trapped I looked up at him trying to figure out what the hell was happening. "Go out with me on a date, this Friday." his voice turned husky, I found myself looking at his lips. ○○○●●●○○○○●●●●○○○○○●●●●●○○○○○●●●●●○○○○ Jeremy was a typical highschool nerd always getting bullied and messed with just because he was gay and then Ethan was not so much of a typical teenager at all, he was rude, hot, rich and strong. One girl. One boy. One life changing deal. "You change your mind?" He asked smugly as I walked over to him. "Before I agree to anything, I have one question." I crossed my arms "Ask away." He waved a hand lazily through the air. "What would you be getting out of this deal?" "I'll get you to fall in love with me." He smirked. "What?" I laughed. "The whole hard-to-get thing was cute at first, but now it's just annoying. I'll get to prove that you will fall for me like every other girl." "I always knew you were arrogant, but this is a whole new level of disgusting for you." I scrunched my nose up at the thought of me falling for him. "A few weeks and I'll have you swooning over me, Angel Eyes." He smiled and bit his lip. "Good luck with that." I rolled my eyes with a snort. "So, do we have a deal?" ************************* Meet Rebecca Woods. She's your average good girl- spotless report card, always does what she's told, and has never broken a rule in her life.
