That is, until he meets Margaret, an elderly woman who he can't seem to avoid, and who enables him to figure out exactly what the visions are, and why he has them.

Meanwhile, with so much going on, will Nicholas be able to find out the truth and make it through it? Will he be able to adjust to life and find a reason to keep going?
