Rosalina, Rose, is a 17 year old, immortal shape shifter with a single secret in her past she has been trying to put behind her. Practically royalty in her species standard (Her true level of dominance, not the level she chooses to show) doesn't help the unknown target on her back assigned by the Shifter's mortal enemies. Not that she can't defend herself, of course. 
     Now throw a new, complicated, love interest into the mix along with her two closest friends and you begin to get an understanding of what she is dealing with. But will Brian be enough to finally lift the weight of the world off her shoulders? After all, she's not the only one with a secret.

**I apologize, I am quite bad at summaries, and please excuse the first chapter. It took me a little while to find my rhythm and I had to lay the ground work for the story.
