Life had taken a turn for the better ever since my troubled brother was incarcerated for life. However, one day, a sense of unease crept over me and my best friend as we noticed a mysterious figure tailing us through the bustling town. "Ally, who's that man?" my best friend inquired, her voice tinged with concern. I scanned the area nervously, my heart pounding. "We should get out of here," I urged, seizing her arm as we hastily made our way through the crowded streets. Abruptly, I awoke from a disquieting nightmare, my screams ricocheting through the silent house. "Mom, there's a man chasing me in my dreams," I gasped out, my hands trembling. She attempted to soothe me, attributing the tumultuous visions to my overactive imagination. On one occasion, I inadvertently overheard my mom and aunt engaged in a hushed conversation, puzzling over what impending revelation they were deliberating. Eventually, I mustered the courage to confront the enigmatic man who had been shadowing me. "Why have you been following me? Who are you?" I demanded, my voice quivering with trepidation. "I am Aleekie Smith," he disclosed, leaving me dumbfounded. "You're the man from my dream," I whispered, the pieces falling into place. The drama unfolded further as I crossed paths with a former boyfriend adamant on asserting control, his aggression escalating to a perilous climax when he brandished a firearm. Feeling ensnared, I made a pivotal decision to extricate myself from the tumult, severing ties with everyone in a dramatic departure. Amidst escalating tension and conflict, an unexpected source of solace materialized in the form of my father, ushering the narrative into an unforeseen trajectory. To uncover the compelling trajectory of events that ensued, I urge you to continue reading. This is merely the entrancing prologue of the gripping saga that awaits. Don't forget to vote and comment!

"Wait!" I yelled. "I have knock-knock joke." "Go, quick." "Knock knock." "Who's there?" He asked. "Cows go." "Cows go who?" He asked. "No, cows go moo," I said. "Taaa daaa!" "Okay, now get out of my way," he demanded walking past me. "No, wait-" I was cut off by Dylan throwing me over his shoulder. He scooped me up so easily as if I didn't weigh much. His arm was strong holding my waist securely and his shoulder was comfortable under my stomach. Once upon a time, there was a normal girl going through High School.
