The Storm

This is my first story so please don't hate it. Ok now lets get into the summary of the book.

Megan Ellis has always loved the water and the rain, but never really liked thunderstorms. Her friends have all tried to get her to like them but she would always tense up when one happened. Her government is all about numbers and math. Never do they care if you say the wrong word or don't have perfect grammar. But one day when Megan wakes up and can't find her ID code she can't get anything to eat. She goes to the officials, but of course they don't do anything. When she finally finds her ID code, but she has to bargain to get it back. But it has a dangerous cost to get it back...
