That was Saori Nagaoka's everyday life. A "Damsel in Distress" that she is, she chose the path wherein concealing all her pain behind a smile is her sole duty. With everyone unaware of her sufferings, her whole being slowly crumbled as she revolved her life in a certain concept about the harsh nature of love.

"Love is created to cause you sorrow and pain. It's nothing but a lie hiding behind a beautiful façade. It's just a trap, meant to deceive you through temporary happiness and false promises."

That was the idea she etched in her mind, not until an encounter with someone urged her to explore this emotion and deepen her knowledge about this. Time passed by and she found herself learning more about this feeling as she continued to go deeper and deeper unto its mysterious, yet beautiful abyss.

And she came to the point where she realized that there's more to love than what she had learned.
