for years, Freddy Fazbear and his friends have been trapped in their pizzeria with no where else to go. but there is a plus side to this, once every ten years a door opens to a world made specifically for animatronics. a place where humans are forbidden to set foot in, a place where animatronics can be free and even turn human. when Freddy meets up with an old friend in this world, both their teams of animatronic beings get themselves caught in a situation that could change the fate of Freddy Fazbears pizzerias. all of them. each animatronic gets stuck in a different timeline of the pizzerias with someone on the other team, and some of them don't get along very well. to get back to their original timeline, the animatronics have to learn to work with the other team and uncover mysteries of Freddy Fazbear's pizzerias that even they never knew about.
