Enter New York City. The Big Apple filled with cars, graffiti and noise. In the big city, Madison Private Academy holds a reputation of being the most prestigious of high schools in the area. Divided by cliques, like many high schools, Madison Academy is home to the dark and vaguely post-punk Outcasts, and the rich and shiny Mustang Kids. Jade is a shiny Mustang Kid with the nicest car and the biggest mansion. Michael Clifford is a top-dog Outcast with a father in prison and intimidating friends. Things get complicated when this budding romance threatens the typical Madison Academy scene.
