FRIDAY NIGHT.

Introduction.

Lauren Daniels is eighteen is roommates with Gemma Hudson in a flat in the city centre. Attending university was always one of Lauren’s dreams, but her first year doesn’t exactly go how she would have imagined.
She had been with her boyfriend, Chris, for a good six months before starting their first term in the September. They had been together another three months during term time, but Chris had suddenly decided that Lauren wasn’t quite his type and instead went off with a girl Lauren had never heard of.
“His loss.” Gemma had told her when she had found Lauren crying, eating ice-cream and watching some sappy romance film on the TV.
But that was over a month ago and Lauren hadn’t gone out much since, only the necessary: classes, library, supermarket... And Gemma was tired of it. She may had only known Lauren for as long as they had been roommates, around four months, but already they were best of friends.
One Friday, Gemma decides enough is enough and decides to drag Lauren out to a club if she likes it or not...
