20 year old Dirk Strider set off to California in visit of his close friend Roxy Lalonde, and in company of his little bro Dave, he plans out to thing of a relaxation-filled summer vacation. Little did Dirk know is that destiny would fill him up with the encounter of a merman who calls himself as John and will serve for his quest to find a little help that can give him an "extreme favor"... to reunite the little merman to what he declares as his true love from affar.
