You've heard the story. Anakin betrays the Jedi Order, thousands of Jedi are dead, and all clones betray their master within a blink of an eye. But what happened to the ones that did not approve of these actions? Follow Clone Wars veteran Captain Rex and a group of clone troopers as they defy this new Stormtrooper Code and instead follow their own Clone Code. What lies in store for them in this new "Galactic Empire?"

When the clones had begun being developed a bad batch of clones was made. Only one survived. He was different than the others. Instead of being born as a baby he was born as a 19 year old caucasian man with brown wavy hair and maroon eyes. He was 6'4 and stronger than any clone. But due to him not looking like a clone he was cast aside and made a janitor alongside 99. Eventually he is given a chance at soldier ship and quickly becomes A captain in 1 year. Captain Rex's Journey
Star Wars, a series of films that began under George Lucas himself, and are being made under Disney-Lucasfilms productions... This story began as a Captain Rex fan fiction but I have evolved it into something more. Watch as Captain Rex and Jedi padawn Paul Hornen face off against the Empire and First Order, while also meeting legacy characters and protecting those they care about. The year is 5 BBY, roughly the time of the Empire's most powerful years. Captain Rex's mission of rescuing Cody will soon begin, and in doing so he wishes to form a rebellion to bring back the Republic.
