Eximius City, a failing city. While the other new cities grew into bustling megalopolises, Jason's city was crumbling into ruin.
His parents insisted on staying in Eximius, for a reason he wasn't sure of. When the overlord drug dealers and criminal masterminds can't seem to get worse, he hears news that a mysterious vigilante has been spotted.
Most people would avoid a vigilante with a price on their head. Jason normally would consider himself an ordinary person, but something is telling him otherwise.
As he delves deeper into the world of crime fighting, Jason discovers that his life is not as simple as he thought it was.

Alex Rubium is a normal teenager who goes to college. He is dealing with the stress of work, all cramped up, not to mention how much he and his best friend struggle to fit in with others.
