Inside the case there was an important files. When Jeff has the 'fucked-up case', and supposed to get back where the others are waiting.
A dozen of police cars and 24 soldiers saw him and immediately escaped. Ticci Toby volunteered to be the bait so everyone can flee away.
But an accident occured.
A New Start will happen, they woke up in an unfamiliar place called the asylum. And doesn't remember anything.
