How would you feel if all of your thoughts, all of your secrets weren't just yours? what if there was always someone with you? someone you could talk to without even opening your mouth? Sophia knows the feeling. For as long as she has remembered there was a voice in her head, someone she could always be completely honest with. When her family moves to a foreign city, where she has to go to a new school her whole life starts turning upside down. Will she find love? Will she be able to face with the harsh truth that somethings just aren't meant to happen? PROLOGUE A little girl sat alone in her room. It was quite weird seeing her there since downstairs was her fifth birthday party. She didn’t mind being alone, after all she was never alone not really. She sat there, smiling, not opening her mouth. Soon her mother figured out she left her own birthday party, there was no guessing in where her daughter was. She made her way upstairs, knocked and slowly opened the door. “Sweety, come back downstairs, all your friends are there and they’re missing you”. At first it didn’t look like the girl registered anything her mother said. She is always lost in her thoughts her mother thought. Then the girl stood up, smiled and held her mother’s hand. “oh I was just telling Lucas how excited to eat cake I am”. At first her mum was stunned, her little girl didn’t have any friends named Lucas at her party. She already wanted to ask her about it when she remembered the article she read a few days ago about how young children often create imaginary friends. She decided to not ask her about it right now, there were guests at her house and she wanted her daughter to have the best birthday ever so she concluded to ask her about it later. They left her room and went downstairs. By the end of the day she completely forgot about the incident in the bedroom. Probably that wasn’t exactly the best decision.
